Emerging and established careers in Humanities
EMERGING AND ESTABLISHED CAREERS IN HUMANITIES
In the federation of of the giant mammoths that strike every individual at a rather nascent stage in their lives is the career defining and equally irreverent choice of choosing the streams of academic subjects for their supposed academic pursuits. There is a plethora of integrity and surge of choices umbrella under the streams of Commerce and Science but what has already been overlooked (although things are looking up) is a rather negligent stream of ‘Humanities’- an academic pursuit that has vague definitions right across the literature of disciplines.
But let’s for the safety of subliminal context, assume that humanities largely relates to the study of society and individual through different perspectives. It is a very academic pursuit with a practical application yet again underestimated.
Humanities, unlike science or commerce does not involve ‘creation’ but it definitely does involve ‘revelation’ through study. Over the years the sector of Humanities has increased monumentally when it comes to providing jobs and there are numerous ones that are emerging and here’s a little information about both the camps.
ESTABLISHED CAREERS
Teacher/Professor
On paper it is often neglected due to its ‘unadventurous’ perceptible nature in the description of this job, the other misconception being that they are underpaid. To demystify both of these abysmal myths I present that teaching isn’t just related to your discipline; if you genuinely want to be good at it, you have to have your vocal personal experience. And to balance that thin line is what teachers do all their lives.
Coming to their myth of being underpaid; even if you’re a teacher in a primary school.. You start of by being paid at least 30,000/month according to the new 7th Pay commission and the range lasts from a primary school to a university, the possibilities are endless. Plus, the perks that they do get from their jobs are unparalleled.
Artist
Like many age old formulas, some things can never grow old. What will a dentist do when all the jaws in the world are healthy, what would all the engineers do when there’s no space to build; artists will be the only ones who remain. Being an artist of any kind helps you to sustain your profession until eternity however it also makes believe the challenges of sustaining yourself. But in 2019, all the possibilities can be chased and achieved. The world’s an oyster for artists, explore the avenues and you will surely do fine.

According to Wikipedia, A historian is a person who studies and writes about the past, and is regarded as an authority on it. Historians are concerned with the continuous, methodical narrative and research of past events as relating to the human race; as well as the study of all history in time

Wikipedia describes a journalist as a person who collects, writes, or distributes news or other current information to the public. A journalist's work is called journalism. A journalist can work with general issues or specialize in certain issues.
